Elaine is a Solicitor in our Property and Commercial team.

She joined the firm in 2024 as a Law Clerk before being admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in March 2025.

Elaine provides advice to clients in a range of property and commercial law matters, including the sale, purchase and financing of residential and commercial conveyancing, subdivisions, commercial leases, company governance, trusts, wills, and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Elaine enjoys assisting clients through a range of important events in their lives, such as the process of buying their first home or planning for the future.

Recent experience includes:

• Assisted clients purchasing their first homes.
• Assisted clients in estate planning and will drafting matters.
• Assisting in preparing and advising clients on commercial leases.
• Drafting shareholder agreements and advising clients on their rights under the same.
