Madeline is a Senior Solicitor with our Dispute Resolution and Litigation Team.

Madeline works on a wide range of legal issues as part of the litigation team but has particular interest in relationship property disputes, employment law, and education matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Madeline volunteered as a caseworker at Community Law Canterbury.

Recent work includes:

• Represented a client in relationship property and spousal maintenance proceedings in the Family Court and ultimately was able to resolve the proceedings out of court.
• Appeared in the District Court as junior counsel in a defended summary judgment hearing regarding enforcement of a personal guarantee connected to a commercial lease.
• Represented employee in an employment dispute and was able to assist the client in reaching a desirable outcome.
• Acted for client in PPPR proceedings in the Family Court and was successful in having the Attorney removed and a new Property Manager appointed.
