Phillipa is a Consultant in our Property and Commercial Team.

Phillipa is experienced in all property and private law matters and assists clients in a wide variety of matters, including Conveyancing, Leases, Trusts, Estates, Occupation Agreements, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Residential Care Subsidies.

Phillipa studied law later in life after a banking career and raising her family, graduating from the University of Canterbury with first class honours in 2004.

Phillipa is considered a leading expert in elder law matters and has presented seminars, spoken at community groups, and regularly contributes articles in that space.

Phillipa enjoys assisting clients through the important events in their lives and building relationships with them and their families, whether it is at the stage of buying your first home or on entering a new relationship or planning for your retirement.

Phillipa is a member of the Property Law Section and the Elder Law Special Interest Group.
