What an awesome Charitable event Ingrid Taylor was recently involved in. See below the background information to the evenings events.
The Christchurch City Mission needs $200,000 to put shirts on backs, shoes on feet and books in bags for children whose parents can’t afford uniforms, stationery, and other basics throughout the school year.
To do this Bayleys Canterbury are bringing together Canterbury’s top CEOs to take part in Bayleys Plate up for a Purpose. I am one of the lucky CEOs who will go from the hot seat to the hot plate in a fundraising cooking event. By backing me, you can help me meet my individual crowdfunding target, giving every child in Canterbury the chance to get the education they need to succeed.
Myself along with other business leaders in the Canterbury area are being taken out of the boardroom and into the community to raise crucial funds for Christchurch City Mission’s Back to School programme.
Once funds have been raised, we will then join forces with top Canterbury chefs in a memorable evening of fun, food, and fundraising at the Christchurch Town Hall on Saturday 29th Feb 2020. Where myself and other CEOs will put their culinary reputations on the line and cook a three-course dinner for 180 guests.
